This is a new integration that makes it possible to connect Convertr to your other systems to retrieve data that can be appended to your leads (and also used for making 'decisions' based on that data e.g. whether to validate or invalidate a lead). Common use cases include:

Publisher Notification Enhancements (for Campaign Changes)

Our goal with this update was to guide newer, inexperienced, less confident users to setup a campaign end-to-end. We want to ensure they are able to understand what to do, how to do it and in which order to setup a complete campaign.

Updates have been made to the knowledgebase with the addition of a dedicated Getting Started guide that is easily accessed from with the platform. Additionally we have:

Campaign Creation Helper

It builds on the campaign template functionality (to add guidance notes and lock Jobs). This update enables Admins to identify and nudge users to check and acknowledge that critical Jobs have been reviewed (also providing an audit trail).

We know that when users clone campaigns it can be easy to forget to update certain configurations. With these Review Job nudges, the user will now be able to easily see everything they should check (and which checks are outstanding). This helps achieve correct campaign setup, avoiding the need for future rework.

The ability to automatically create a campaign in Convertr from your Salesforce data (and subsequently update that campaign when your Salesforce configuration changes).

We anticipate the first version of this will use a trigger in Salesforce to create a campaign in Convertr cloned from a Convertr campaign template (which will be updated with values from Salesforce).

This update comprises a series of enhancements designed to ensure your lead suppliers have all of the necessary information available at the start of a campaign so that they can provide valid leads from the start. This includes:

The new Processr has an improved user interface to make the configuration of Jobs more robust. There's more guidance, more validation and an improved step-by-step process which helps ensure jobs have essential configuration options correct from the outset. Watch the

New Permission Sets

We know that New Release Announcement popups can be annoying and get in the way of the task you were trying to complete - and then once dismissed there’s no way to get back to them to find the information. With this update there is a persistent New button in the header where you can click anytime that is convenient to see a history of what has been announced. Additionally there will be an ‘unread indicator’ so that you are alerted when there is something new to read.

From time to time, for any important alerts, we will still use popups, but expect to see fewer of these interruptions.

The platform > header > ‘new’ indicator will be clickable and will open the new ‘changelog’ (see image).

Improved Release Announcements

The ability to add notes and chat with colleagues at an entity level (e.g. campaigns). This means that you can make notes and have conversations about specific items. These will then be preserved for easy actioning and review.

We also plan to add the ability to communicate with Publishers regarding campaign change notifications.

As things stand, continuing to add more and more fields could eventually start to negatively impact performance. So, the goal of this work is to make available the fields you want whilst maintaining optimal performance.

Non-expert users can find configuring some Jobs difficult due to the technical nature and number of available options. This results in multiple problems including:

Campaign Rules Config - Ease of Use

We know that Target Account Lists and Suppression Lists are often updated in master systems (e.g. your CRM) throughout a campaign and to update these in Convertr is an additional manual overhead.

Our goal is to improve the efficiency of creating and updating these lists, as far as possible removing the need for duplication of effort and therefore improving operational efficiency.

Improved Management of Validation Lists (TAL, Suppression, etc)

To improve email validation accuracy we've added an additional provider to the email check.

When initial email checks return an Unknown status, if you have these set to 'fail', we'll first check against the second provider to determine whether they can be safely and confidently be treated as valid.

This will generally result in fewer leads rejected, which should help you fulfil campaigns more quickly and from more organisations on your Target Account List.

Enhanced Email Validation Service

 provides the same API access as Admins but with no access to log into the platform (to help with user management and compliance).

, we made important changes to application logs (Processing logs, System Audit, Campaign Audit & User Audit) that will be accessible through the Convertr user interface. We will be reducing the duration of the log period from 36 months to 12 months.
