Connectivity and Integrations
Universal Connector BETA
This is a new integration that makes it possible to connect Convertr to your other systems to retrieve data that can be appended to your leads (and also used for making 'decisions' based on that data e.g. whether to validate or invalidate a lead). Common use cases include:
Enrichment - when the lead is being processed we can connect to your provider of choice and add data to the lead before it is delivered.
Intent - similar to enrichment, we can connect to your own or third-party system and add intent data to the lead before it is delivered.
Email Validation - here we lookup the lead in your provider of choice and, based on the response, we can either pass or fail the lead.
Suppression Check - on a lead-by-lead basis we can check if the lead is on a suppression or TAL list and then process it accordingly.
If you'd like to join the waiting list for access to the beta release, please speak with your CSM.
LinkedIn Connected App Enhancements
Up until now, it was only possible to have LinkedIn Sponsored Account (paid ads) leads come into Convertr.
With this update it is now possible to have Company, Event and Product page form submissions also come into your Convertr platform.
Read more on our blog post and how-to guide.
Create (Duplicate) Campaigns via API
We know that often you have already set up a campaign in one of your own internal systems - so having to replicate this within the Convertr platform is a duplication of effort.
With this initiative, we aim to make the process more efficient by automating campaign creation in Convertr based on the campaign in your own system.
We'll enhance functionality in stages, starting with basic campaign details syncing from your system (based on duplicating an existing Campaign Template in Convertr).
Data, Reporting and Insights
Engagement Dashboard for Business Insights
We’re exploring ways to surface ‘insight signals’ in your data that could be useful in identifying higher value, more actionable leads.
This takes the form of a new Engagement dashboard that provides an enterprise-level holistic view of companies engaged across multiple advertisers, campaigns, countries and assets.
Please note that this feature is being launched in Beta. We'd love to hear customer feedback, and this will help inform any potential future developments.

Efficient Campaign Creation and Management
Lock Jobs (on Campaign Templates)
This work is part of a wider theme to make campaign creation quicker and easier.
It builds upon the introduction of campaign templates and allows Admins to lock Jobs on templates. This prevents non-Admins from editing or removing them on campaigns created from this template.
This has the dual benefits of:
Reducing the risk of errors
Helping maintain compliance (by ensuring critical processes such as suppression lists are always applied)
Read the 'how to' guide to find out more.
Campaign Creation Helper
Our goal with this update was to guide newer, inexperienced, less confident users to setup a campaign end-to-end. We want to ensure they are able to understand what to do, how to do it and in which order to setup a complete campaign.
Updates have been made to the knowledgebase with the addition of a dedicated Getting Started guide that is easily accessed from with the platform. Additionally we have:
Updated and improved existing guides
Added more guides to better cover different use cases
Added links to these from within the platform for easy access
Read the new guide here.
Review Jobs (on Campaign Templates)
This work is part of a wider theme to make campaign creation quicker and easier.
It builds on the campaign template functionality (to add guidance notes and lock Jobs). This update enables Admins to identify and nudge users to check and acknowledge that critical Jobs have been reviewed (also providing an audit trail).
We know that when users clone campaigns it can be easy to forget to update certain configurations. With these Review Job nudges, the user will now be able to easily see everything they should check (and which checks are outstanding). This helps achieve correct campaign setup, avoiding the need for future rework.

Campaign Templates
This work is part of a wider theme to make campaign creation quicker and easier.
Defining master campaigns as templates is a foundational piece of work, upon which we will build additional functionality to help with:
Compliance, by
Locking Jobs to prevent improper removal
Reduction in errors, by
Locking Jobs to prevent accidental editing
Identifying Jobs to be checked
Ease of use, by
Adding guidance notes in-platform
Turning on a new 'easy mode' by default
Auto-creating campaigns (e.g. from Salesforce)
By triggering the creation of a campaign based on a template
This update consists of two changes:
1. The ability to define a master campaign as a template
2. The ability to add guidance notes to that template

New Updated Processr
The new Processr has an improved user interface to make the configuration of Jobs more robust. There's more guidance, more validation and an improved step-by-step process which helps ensure jobs have essential configuration options correct from the outset. Watch the 5 min intro video.
Improved Job Search
We’ve enhanced the Processr Add job search experience to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. The updated interface now features a sorted dropdown with clear Job descriptions, helping users better understand each job’s purpose. A new keyword-based search functionality allows for partial matches and supports custom keywords that could be configured in the Processr section in Enterprise Config (Admin access only), enabling quicker discovery of relevant jobs. We’ve streamlined description content by replacing the outdated long description field with a unified description used across dropdowns, info icons, and admin setup. Additionally, minor job name updates have been made for easier understanding.
Enhanced Email Validation Service
To improve email validation accuracy we've added an additional provider to the email check.
When initial email checks return an Unknown status, if you have these set to 'fail', we'll first check against the second provider to determine whether they can be safely and confidently be treated as valid.
This will generally result in fewer leads rejected, which should help you fulfil campaigns more quickly and from more organisations on your Target Account List.
Please note that we'll contact you with an updated DPA before activating this new provider on your platform.

Streamlining Work with Partners
Publisher Notifications of Campaign Changes
This work is designed to ensure that when you make changes to your campaign requirements mid-campaign, your lead suppliers are automatically notified. This has the benefits of:
Reducing the chance that they will start supplying invalid leads
Minimising the need for manual communications outside of the Convertr platform
These enhancements include:
Email notifications to suppliers - help guide
Supplier notifications within the Publisher Portal - help guide

Publisher Notification Enhancements (for Campaign Changes)
Follow-on from the original Publisher Notifications of Campaign Changes work, we've implemented a number of improvements based on your feedback. These are:
Notifications for changes to;
Simple Conditional Validation; and
Validation Check List
Please note: We don’t trigger sharing process when the values are changes in the list that is used by the Job. We only trigger it when new list is selected for a Job.
Additionally we now also trigger the sharing process when Jobs are enabled or disabled too.
Publisher Notes and Tools
This update comprises a series of enhancements designed to ensure your lead suppliers have all of the necessary information available at the start of a campaign so that they can provide valid leads from the start. This includes:
Auto-add Job details to Publisher notes
Share scheduled delivery information
A 'download all' button so that your Publishers can work more easily with the requirements
User Management and Compliance
New Permission Sets
New roles and permissions to help with:
Compliance (restricting access where necessary)
Operational Efficiency (giving users access to the necessary functionality)
The first new role is a Super User. This is similar to an Admin but with no access to the Enterprise or System Categories sections. We’ve also updated the Agency User role with the ability to optionally limit access to key aspects of the platform (making this role more configurable).
With both the Super User and Configurable Agency User roles, there are feature toggles to provide more granular control over specific areas of the platform. For example you can control access to Form Management, Users, the Processr and Delete actions.
The Super User role and the granular controls over specific areas of the platform (as described above) are now live. This includes even more control for Agency Users so that you can allow them to Delete Leads but nothing else. Read more here
Agency User Updates
We've made a number of updates to Agency User permissions to help them perform more actions in the platform without compromising compliance or PII data. These are:
Allow Unmasked Agency users access to Provider logs (for trouble-shooting)
Provide Masked Agency users access to the Campaign Report Builder
Provide Masked Agency users access to Processr Logs in Lead View
Allow Masked Agency users access to Marketo Provider logs (for trouble-shooting)
Allow Masked Agency users access to non PII data in Leads Report Builder

Technical Improvements
Changes to Application Log Retention Period
From week commencing 22nd July 2024, we made important changes to application logs (Processing logs, System Audit, Campaign Audit & User Audit) that will be accessible through the Convertr user interface. We will be reducing the duration of the log period from 36 months to 12 months. This is to ensure better performance and operation of the feature for our growing customer base.
We will continue to securely store the logs for 36 months should they be needed for any auditing purposes, they will just not be available via the Convertr user interface and must be requested via the Support team.
Thank you for your understanding.
